====== Naan ======
===== Ingredients (per 4 naans) =====
  * 300g de farina
  * 6g de llevat fresc
  * 1 iogurt natural
  * 80-85g aigua
  * 1 cullerada petita de sal
  * (opt.) all i julivert
  * (opt.) 1 cullerada de ghee (o oli d'oliva) per la massa (addicionalment es poden pintar també al estar fets)
  * (opt.) 1 cullerada per naan (4) de Philadelphia (per farcir)

totry:
  * 4 cups all-purpose flour ⁠
  * 1 tbsp instant dry yeast⁠
  * 2 tsp kosher salt⁠
  * ½ tsp baking soda⁠
  * 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  * ¾ cup plain yogurt or buttermilk⁠
  * 1 cup warm water see note⁠
  * 4 tbsp butter melted⁠
  * 1 tbsp minced cilantro (optional)
===== Preparació =====
  - Barrejar, amassar i reposar en bola fins que dupliqui volum
  - Fer boletes i d'aquí naans
  - Cuinar (2 opcions)
    * Fornejar a forn preescalfat molt alt, com les pizzes, a la base del forn 3 minuts per banda
    * En paella calenta, untant-la amb una mica de mantega per cada naan (només cal untar 1 cop per ambdues cares)
